  • No. If your loved one moves into a property, whether it is independent living, assisted living or memory care, I have contracts in place with all of the communities to pay me a referral fee. I don’t have a tie to any particular place, and I don’t get paid extra to talk about a certain property. By working with Assisted Living Locators, you get an unbiased advocate on your side that works with all of the places, and it doesn’t cost you anything.

  • The Birmingham office covers Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair and Walker counties. Assisted Living Locators has over 140 offices around the United States and can often help with out of town relocations.

  • Most independent and assisted living communities allow residents to bring their (small) pets as long as they are able to care for them on their own. There is typically an upfront fee or deposit required.

  • While the majority of our clients are private pay, we do our best to help everyone. We have a list of resources prepared for those who are low income.
